Book via this website or through the Mabel Studios app. Simply download, sign up then choose a class that suits you. We recommend the app for a seamless experience.

Yes, by joining the waitlist you’re reserving a spot if one becomes available, so make sure you’re available to attend. If a space opens up, you’ll be notified and automatically added to the class. Please note, once added, the usual cancellation policy still applies.

Yes, you can add a guest to your booking at checkout when booking via the website or Mabel Studios app.

You can manage all of your bookings through the website login or Mabel Studios app (recommended). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within the 24-hour policy to avoid losing your class credit.

Pilates classes are 50 minutes, while Strength and Conditioning sessions run for 60 minutes. Full details on class types, what to expect and the timetable can be found under the schedule on the website or on the Mabel Studios app (recommended).

For Pilates: We recommend starting with our “Beginner” class if you are new to Pilates , returning to exercise after a break, or coming back from injury. For Strength classes we recommend our “Strength for Life” class for beginners.
For those with prior Pilates experience, we recommend our “Intermediate” class. For those with prior strength-training experience, we recommend our “Strength Build” class.
If you are unsure which class would be best for you, please contact the Studio and our experienced instructors will guide you.

We offer Reformer Pilates classes specifically designed for pre and postnatal as well as Personal Training with our Pre/Post natal qualified instructor Anna.
We always recommend speaking to a healthcare professional before attending any exercise sessions during pregnancy or postpartum.
In some cases, you may be able to attend regular classes during your first trimester before transitioning to our dedicated pre/post class in your second and third trimesters. Every experience is different, so we encourage you to listen to your body throughout.
If you are unsure, please contact the studio and our qualified pre and postnatal instructor will be happy to recommend the most suitable option.
A pre/post natal form will be required on arrival at your first class.

Yes, there is free, safe and secure parking on site

Yes, there is a WC and shower. You are welcome to use these before or after class.
